Getting To Know You!

Did you ever think you would be interested in knowing a cabinet company?

 

Would you ever talk about their business philosophy?  What is important to them? What are their expectations on projects? What their goals are? What is their community involvement?

 

Well, you may say to yourself, shouldn’t all this conversation be about me? (After all I am the client.) Let me answer that with a question. Would you walk up to a perfect stranger on the street and just hand them a check and say “see you in 6 weeks”? My guess is… probably not.

 

No matter what the amount of the “check” you want to be sure the company you choose is going to meet your expectations and pass the other tests. Those tests are: will I feel comfortable with this person being in my home or place of business; meeting other family members; meeting my pets? (Pets always tell the truth, you know.)

 

If the staff of the company you are interviewing is not forthcoming, seems to be all about the sale or appears to be uncomfortable with your questions then you may want to move along.

 

If you feel good about what I mentioned then you have made a great choice.

 

Please take the time to get to know your cabinet company before you sign. It is the best advice I can give.
